All orders placed will be dispatched within 7-10 business days,
Upon dispatch, if a tracked service has been selected we will email you a tracking number and a link to see where your order is, if you would like to see when delivery is due please follow the link on the email and enter the tracking number provided.

1. Cancellations:
You can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you or
where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. Returns
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Any returns should arrive in an unused and re sellable condition.
A 20% handling charge may be applied on returned items.
Any goods, damaged, broken or dirty may not qualify for a refund.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. Your right to return goods.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: –
in the event that the product has been used.
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
Deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail and arrival time will vary depending on service selected.
The provisions of this clause 4 does not affect your statutory rights.
